One of the earliest members of a new last-mile department, building its digital ecosystem from scratch, from rider onboarding and housing to fleet and a unified operations view.

A nationwide transport management system, built in under six months
Replaced paper, spreadsheets and phone calls with a fully automated transport management system for one of Saudi Arabia's largest grocery retailers. It's still running today.

Connected client ERPs, from SAP to Odoo, with InCube's sales, warehouse and CRM platforms, and turned every connector into a reusable tool so each new client went faster than the last.

Sales-force automation and route optimization for ~40 distributors
Implemented Sonic, InCube's own sales-force automation platform, and Roadnet route optimization for around 40 distributors, replacing spreadsheets and legacy tools with automated daily operations and optimized routes.
